Look more muscular, defined and better with a tan

Introduction:

There is a little known secret in the world and the bodybuilding community that most ordinary people have never heard of. That secret is tanning. A good tan on a bodybuilder will keep you from washing under bright stage lights, and a good tan will make you appear more muscular and more defined. Tanning can be achieved by tanning outdoors, using a tanning room, or by using artificial tanning dyes, skin tints, or bronzers.

Why does the skin tan ?:

The skin tans due to skin exposure to ultraviolet radiation. When the skin is exposed to ultraviolet radiation, melanin, which is the pigment in the skin, darkens. A good point to remember is that the darker the skin, the better it protects the body from ultraviolet radiation, however, always remember that even the darkest skin can burn.

How to tan:

Most people have no idea how to tan, they just sit outside for a long time and eventually get burned even if they wear sunscreen. Not to mention the damage done to your skin. It’s best to tan in stages, twenty to thirty minutes during each session.

A good tanning regiment should look like this:

Monday

Tuesday —- twenty to thirty minutes a day

Wednesday

Thursday —- twenty to thirty minutes a day

Friday

Saturday —- twenty to thirty minutes a day

Sunday

Is it safe to tan ?:

One may wonder if tanning is safe or healthy, the answer is that it depends on the type of tan you get. For example, tanning in the sun is unhealthy and sun exposure has been known to cause wrinkles, skin cancer, and will give the skin a weathered look. Using a tanning room is also unsafe and requires the proper safety equipment; however, using tanning dyes, skin tints, or bronzers is the safest and safest route to getting a good tan. However, if one tans in moderation, while wearing the proper safety gear, such as sunscreen, the downsides to tanning should be minimal.

Conclusion:

For the average person who has built a good base of muscle mass and size from weight lifting, you need to tan. This will help improve their physique, they will be more defined and they will look more muscular. However, one must remember that doing this excessively is not safe, which is why I personally recommend using artificial bronzers, such as bronzer dyes, skin tints, and bronzers.
