Being right on Wailea Beach and looking out across the crystal clear waters makes it almost impossible to get lost thinking about the troubles on the mainland. Located at 3800 Wilea Alanui. The luxurious beach villas at Wailea Beach are steps from The Shops of Wailea. The community offers discerning travelers the privacy and comfort of spacious floor plans. All accommodations include the conveniences of central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Room Service: Upon request, the staff offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week. A chef is on call for hire. These Maui luxury vacation condos are the culmination of many years of planning, design, and development experience in Hawaii. The villa complex is a master-planned paradise nestled in the heart of Maui’s sunny southwest coast.
The Wailea Beach Villas boast spectacular views of the West Maui Mountains and the islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Molokini Crater. The Maui Escape, is a villa for rent by owner within the complex. Maui Escape offers year-round accommodations and showcases the resort’s paradise on its website. It is a two bedroom, two bath condo, with custom baths, custom kitchen overlooking the Lanai.
An example of a larger unit would be The Golden Mandarin, a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath luxury residence with creative and opulent East Asian décor. Visitors who stayed at the “Golden Mandarin” stated that the unit was “spectacular”: a 3 bed/3 bath penthouse on the second floor with magnificent ocean views. The unit was truly spacious and equipped with high-end everything from the granite kitchen with TWO sub-zero refrigerators, bathrooms with glass walk-in showers, sophisticated yet comfortable furnishings, 2 plasma and 2 flat screen TVs.
Even with the Maui Escape’s two-bedroom accommodations, it was still very spacious. At least 2,200 square feet of well-designed space that can sleep at least six people.
Luxury comes at a cost, but depending on the size of your group, it’s not too bad. Compared to its neighbor, the Grand Wailea, it spends the same amount of money. If you have to reserve three rooms, the price of one unit is closed. On top of that, Wailea Beach Villas have a full kitchen.
Other common complaints are that if your property is tucked away near the back, it’s a farther walk to the beach. I have heard common comments from retirees from over 65 people who have complained about the walk. Also, if you smoke, this is a non-smoking community. If you smoke, you’ll want to strategically position yourself near the parking lot.
Overall, WBV represents the newest and most luxurious oceanfront residential resort vacation experience on Maui. Wailea Grand Champions Villas, Makena Surf, and Wailea Beach Villas (opened May 2006). WBV is by far the most comfortable and talked about resort of the three. To say that you will live in the lap of luxury is an understatement, if you are looking for luxury and comfort in Maui – there is no other residential paradise like the WBV, it was designed to be the best and for the well-heeled travelers.
