How a working mom starts her passion for tattoo ideas and designs

People tend to raise their eyebrows whenever I tell them about my passion for tattoo ideas and designs. They seem to find it strange that a mom with credit card debt who is supposed to be busy collecting coupons is passionate about collecting tattoos.

I started getting addicted to collecting tattoo designs about a year ago. At the time, I had just started my debt reduction and was spending most of my time earning money online to quickly pay off my credit card debt. After a few months of working hard to reduce my credit card debt, I started to get bored. Life was boring as most of my time was spent earning money and paying debts only.

My husband had also felt that I was like a hardworking robot with no hobby or passion. He encouraged me to pursue a hobby or find my passion. I guess blogging and managing multiple niche blogs are my passion. What other thing? tattoos! I used to collect tattoo designs especially cross tattoos, tribal tattoos, dragon tattoos and angel tattoos before I got married.

I even got two small tattoos on my arm when I was a teenager. Oh my! I am now a work at home mom in my late thirties trying to find a passion to keep from getting bored with her while working hard to eliminate her credit card debt.

Like most tattoo beginners, I was not satisfied with my tattoo designs and ended up deleting them later. Even if I hadn’t taken them off then, I know I definitely would have now. The reason was that they were not the right tattoo design ideas for me. I am no longer the teenage girl who wanted the same tattoo my friend had. I am a work at home mom – I know who I am, my personality and my uniqueness. Choosing the right tattoo designs is definitely an easy task for me compared to ten years ago.

If you have just started to like the art of tattooing and are ready to get your first tattoo, be sure to do some research first on tattoo tips and designs by searching the internet, related magazines or local tattoo shops for more information. Remember that you have to live with that tattoo for some time, maybe a long time, so the last thing you want to do is get a tattoo that you will regret.

Getting a tattoo is not like buying a new shirt. It is not intended to be just a style choice. The tattoo is an eternal symbol of who you are. It is a pure form of self-expression and a representation of your inner self.
