Building highly effective email lists

Today we have three other list building techniques that are working very well this year.

And before I started, an idea occurred to me: What if I implemented these 6 techniques in the next 60 days? Can you imagine how fast your list could grow?

Hmm. Something worth thinking about. And definitely something worth doing. This is because if your list doesn’t grow, your income will likely stagnate if you’re lucky, or decline if you’re like most sellers.

The fact is that there are two types of customers who tend to buy the most things from you. One is the hobbyist who will buy almost anything you recommend or create. The second is the new member of the list who currently thinks you are good. And you! But the problem is, sooner or later, they’ll latch on to someone else or lose interest in the subject, and then they won’t be such good customers anymore.

That’s why you always need to be building a list.

Let us begin:

Method #1: Give the Bonus

This one is simple and fast. You take one of your products and offer it to someone who is about to launch a product. Your product then becomes your product bonus.

To be effective, you need to offer a product that is currently selling well, or at least recently sold well. This will make it easier for the product launcher to say yes.

Your product should also fit perfectly without duplicating content. For example, if you are selling a course on meditation, you could offer your product on getting a good night’s sleep, relieving stress, or thinking more clearly—all the benefits of meditation.

Everyone who buys the launch product will be added to your list, so you can send them the gift.

Method #2: Run Webinar Giveaways

When you publish a new blog post on how to do something or achieve some kind of result, also offer a free webinar.

To attract people to the webinar and get them to join your list, you’ll offer an incentive. It should be something that people love and that is closely related to the topic of the blog post.

Once people enter your webinar, let them know how to get the freebie, teach the content in the blog post, and at the end, introduce your paid product that is directly related to the blog post.

Let everyone on social media know about the webinar too

· The incentive to participate in the webinar is that you are teaching the content of the blog post (and then some) AND giving away something really attractive and valuable.

· At the webinar, give them the URL to download the giveaway (they give their email address so you know where to send it). Show the content of the blog post. And feature a product that is directly related to the blog post.

Don’t forget to record the webinar and place it in the blog post. This will get new people to attend the webinar and sign up to receive the attractive freebie, in addition to purchasing your paid product.

And of course, you can continue to send people to the recorded webinar via social media.

Rinse and repeat.

Method #3: Get new subscribers to tell your friends about

You need a lead magnet. Identify the most popular and awesome free thing you give away. Or create something new, or even use one of your products as your main magnet, whatever works for you.

A word of caution: most people will read this article and do nothing.
